Portrait head of a young man. Island marble(?).
Found in Athens. The head was probably set in a statue of a man wearing a corselet. The hair was worked in a separate piece of marble, and a different material was used for the eyes. Possibly a portrait of the emperor Commodus (AD 180-192).

Exhibited in the National Archaeological Museum in Athens, Greece.
