This topographical scale model provides a detailed view from the north of the fortified Athenian Acropolis as it appeared during the late Bronze Age. The model highlights the massive Cyclopean walls encircling the plateau and the central palace complex that served as the seat of the local Mycenaean ruler. In the foreground, the sheer northern cliffs are punctuated by natural caves, while the heavily fortified western entrance is visible to the right, emphasizing the strategic and highly defensible nature of the citadel.

Αυτό το τοπογραφικό πρόπλασμα παρέχει μια λεπτομερή όψη από τα βόρεια της οχυρωμένης Αθηναϊκής Ακρόπολης όπως εμφανιζόταν κατά την Ύστερη Εποχή του Χαλκού. Το πρόπλασμα αναδεικνύει τα ογκώδη κυκλώπεια τείχη που περιέβαλλαν το οροπέδιο και το κεντρικό ανακτορικό συγκρότημα που αποτελούσε την έδρα του τοπικού Μυκηναίου ηγεμόνα. Στο προσκήνιο, οι απόκρημνοι βόρειοι βράχοι διακόπτονται από φυσικά σπήλαια, ενώ η βαριά οχυρωμένη δυτική είσοδος διακρίνεται στα δεξιά, υπογραμμίζοντας τον στρατηγικό και εξαιρετικά οχυρό χαρακτήρα της ακρόπολης.
