Τοπίο της Άρτας με τον Λόφο της Περάνθης και τα Τζουμέρκα.
Τα λευκά κτίρια της Άρτας απλώνονται στις πλαγιές του λόφου της Περάνθης, με φόντο τις χιονισμένες κορυφές των Τζουμέρκων στο βάθος. Στην πεδιάδα, το τοπίο είναι καταπράσινο, με ψηλά καλάμια και πορτοκαλιές φορτωμένες με ώριμους καρπούς. Είναι μια γαλήνια, κλασική εικόνα της Ηπείρου, όπου το χιόνι των βουνών συναντά την εύφορη και ηλιόλουστη πεδιάδα κοντά στις ακτές.
