This rectangular funerary stele is preserved with a flat top and a notably rough, unfinished base, which would have been inserted into a stone socket or directly into the ground of the cemetery. The monument is dedicated to Satyros, as indicated by the inscription. Found in the area of Kompoti, which served as a vital part of the Ambracian territory, this stele represents the standard commemorative practices of the 3rd century BCE. Its simple, functional design focuses entirely on the preservation of the deceased's name, ensuring their memory survived within the communal funerary landscape of the region.

Αυτή η ορθογώνια επιτύμβια στήλη σώζεται με επίπεδη απόληξη και μια χαρακτηριστικά ακατέργαστη βάση, η οποία προοριζόταν για στερέωση σε λίθινη υποδοχή ή απευθείας στο έδαφος του νεκροταφείου. Το μνημείο είναι αφιερωμένο στον Σάτυρο, όπως δηλώνει η επιγραφή. Το εύρημα προέρχεται από την περιοχή του Κομποτίου, η οποία αποτελούσε ζωτικό τμήμα της επικράτειας της Αμβρακίας, και αντιπροσωπεύει τις τυπικές πρακτικές μνήμης του 3ου αιώνα π.Χ. Ο απλός, λειτουργικός σχεδιασμός της επικεντρώνεται αποκλειστικά στη διατήρηση του ονόματος του θανόντος, διασφαλίζοντας τη μνήμη του στο κοινό ταφικό τοπίο της περιοχής.
