Attic Black-Figure ceramics from Emporion from the 6th century BCE.
Produced in the workshops of Athens during the 6th and first half of the 5th centuries BC, they were widely distributed around the Mediterranean.
Among the most widespread forms are the various types of cups for the ritual consumption of wine, as well as vessels intended to contain ointments and perfumes, such as lekythos and alabasters.
