Bronze Kouros: Piraeus Apollo
Piraeus Apollo is a are bronze Kouros. Either early 5th c. BCE, or 530-520 BCE.
One of the few bronze kouros statue surviving to our time. The left hand held a bow, while the right hand held a libation bowl.
Exhibited at Piraeus (or Peiraeus) Archaeological Museum.
