Late Neolithic vessels and statuettes from Halai (5900-5300 BCE).

Halai
The settlement of Halai lasted from the Early Neolithic to the early phases of the Late Neolithic period (5900-5300 BC).
The earliest finds belong to an advanced phase of Neolithic production. Predominant in the Middle Neolithic are pots painted with red on a light ground. In the Late Neolithic I phase, the black burnished ware of the Larisa style and the polychrome painted wares appear.
8015, 8018, 8026, 8029 and 8030 are monochrome pots of the Early Neolithic period.
The figurines 8009, 8010, 8038 and the painted fragment 8044 belong to the Middle Neolithic period.
