Dendra Panoply

Three views of the Mycenaean Dendra Panoply (side, front, back). A rare example of a Mycenaean warrior's armor in Bronze Age Greece. 15th century BCE.

A similar "boar's task" helmet is described in the Iliad.

Exhibited at the Nafplion Archaeological Museum. Nafplion, Peloponnese, Greece.
