Erechtheus or Erichthonius

Son of Gaea and Hephestus, raised by Athena. He was the father of Cecrops and Creusa, and brother of Procne and Philomela. He had the body of a man and was half serpent from the waist down. He became King of Athens and during his rein Demetra came and agriculture began in Attica.
