This assemblage from the re-occupation phase of Malia at Quartier N illustrates the continued importance of the site in the Late Minoan III period. Despite the loss of the central palatial administration, the residents of Quartier N maintained high standards of ceramic production and ritual life. The finds typically include decorated stirrup jars, drinking vessels, and specialized storage containers that reflect a blend of traditional Minoan styles with increasing Mycenaean influences. These objects provide critical evidence for the social and economic resilience of the Malia community during the 14th Century BCE.
