Herm with Homer's portrait as the head. Roman. Possibly a copy of a mid-5th c. Greek original. Homer is the author of Iliad and the Odyssey, two epic poems that kicked off a literary revolution in Iron Age Ancient Greece.

Exhibited at the Vatican Museums, Italy.
