This informational display provides a vital visual link between the stone foundations of Kassope and their original Hellenistic forms. The top illustration shows a residential block (insula) with its uniform courtyard houses, organized according to the Hippodamian grid. Below, the elevations and plans of the North Stoa and the Katagogion (the city’s grand inn) demonstrate the sophisticated public architecture of the city. These reconstructions highlight the use of the Doric order and the clever two-story designs that allowed the city to accommodate travelers and citizens while maintaining the rigorous urban standards of the Epirote league.

Αρχιτεκτονική Αναπαράσταση της Αρχαίας Κασσώπης

Αυτή η ενημερωτική πινακίδα προσφέρει έναν ζωτικό οπτικό σύνδεσμο μεταξύ των πέτρινων θεμελίων της Κασσώπης και της αρχικής ελληνιστικής τους μορφής.
