The Phaistos was found in one of the eastern rooms in Phaistos Minoan palace. The script on both of its surfaces resembles hieroglyphs and has not been deciphered yet. It is possibly from the middle or late Minoan Bronze Age. Exhibited at the Heraklion Museum, Crete island, Greece.
