Ancient-Greece.org is a research resource and photo portfolio dedicated to the study of Ancient Greece. This is the 3d edition (2024) of the publication which was established in 2002.

Rich in photographic evidence, it highlights the surviving physical landscapes and artifacts of ancient Greek civilization as they are presented in archaeological museums and sites, alongside essays providing context.

It strives to be a pleasant visual treat for casual readers as well as a useful source of materials for scholars.

Ancient-Greece.org is created and published by Thomas Sakoulas, professor and former Chair of the Art Department at the State University of New York, at Oneonta.

He is the author and photographer of the site’s content, as well as the designer of the website.
